Cameron Washington is a spiritual leader, entrepreneur, author, producer, and success coach who bridges faith and strategy to empower people to succeed in life and business. His innovative work has garnered national and international recognition. He currently serves as the Pastor of Hope City Empowerment Church in Philadelphia and Rhema Christian Center in Washington, D.C., and is the Presiding Prelate of City Dwellers International Assembly—a global fellowship of churches and leaders.

Cameron is also the CEO of the RC Enterprise & Conference Center, a 50,000 square foot events center and creative hub in Northeast Washington, D.C., offering space for small businesses, community services, and events. He is the founder and CEO of Urbacon Fest, a dynamic celebration of car culture, music, fashion, and lifestyle that brings together enthusiasts and creatives from all walks of life.
Alongside his wife Nya, a spiritual leader and wellness coach, Cameron co-owns Washington Luxe, a luxury home goods and candle line that merges elegance with intentional living. Together, they are passionate about building legacy through faith, business, and family. They are the proud parents of two children, Cameron Jr. and Kaelyn.

Cameron began his entrepreneurial journey in 2006 with the launch of Cameron Washington Events. By 2009, he transitioned from corporate banking into full-time entrepreneurship, a path he has successfully sustained for over a decade. Over the years, he has expanded his portfolio to include brand development, production, and business coaching. He has taught several masterclasses and coaches creatives into full-time entrepreneurship. In addition, he has guest-taught classes on entrepreneurship and branding at Lincoln University, Temple University’s Upward Bound Program, Philadelphia University, and Howard University. His expertise also led him to serve as a lifestyle expert with a weekly segment on Radio One’s Praise 103.9 FM.

As the founder and CEO of The C. Washington Group, a branding and production company, he has produced events for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week (NYC and Beijing, China), the National Urban League, the African American Museum of Philadelphia, Philadelphia Fashion Week, Habitat for Humanity, and the African American Chamber of Commerce. He is also a six-time published author and founder of CWE Studios and The Dream Nation Network, a digital platform that garnered over 100,000 views in its first year.

Musically, Cameron is an accomplished recording artist with classical and gospel training, having worked with several groups, traveling internationally, and being mentored by gospel legend Tendy Pendergrass.
His diverse background in ministry, media, fashion, and music has established him as a multifaceted voice of influence, empowering individuals to pursue their calling with excellence, creativity, and faith.
